Administrative Assistant
Ayla Benoit
Administrative Assistant
When you walk through the door at The Law Offices of Kimberly Butler Rainen, Ayla is likely the first friendly face you’ll meet, and that’s no accident. As our Administrative Assistant, Ayla sets the tone for every client’s experience, making sure each visit feels welcoming, organized, and stress-free from the very first hello.
Ayla handles the behind-the-scenes details that keep things running smoothly, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and ensuring documents are handled with care, so you can focus on what matters most: your family and your future.
She brings a thoughtful perspective to her work, rooted in her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with a minor in Disability Studies) from UMass Lowell, class of 2025. That background shapes the way she connects with the individuals and families who come to us at every stage of life.
Outside the office, you’ll find Ayla exploring new restaurants, curled up with a good book, or soaking up summer days along the coast of Maine.

Attorney Kimberly Butler Rainen Is Here For You
As we grow older and pass through the different stages of life, we face new challenges. Estate planning helps you prepare for a wide variety of different issues ranging from settling the question of who would care for your children if anything should ever happen to you or paying for nursing home care and using your estate to benefit those you love after you have gone.
We focus our efforts on creating highly effective estate planning solutions that can meet all of your needs. We get to know who you are, what your needs are and what you hope to accomplish through your estate plan. We then generate a plan that is tailored to whatever specific needs you have. From Medicaid planning to special needs planning and traditional wills and trusts, we know how to help you.
Beyond estate planning, we also offer counsel on more immediate elder law issues such as establishing guardianships and conservatorships and assistance with trust administration, probate and finding the financial resources necessary to assist a loved one in need of nursing home care. We can help you help your senior loved one with whatever difficulties he or she is facing.
